Delivery policy


- Shipping

Once your order is processed, it usually ships within 10 business days of placing your order. It may take more days depending on the social situation and quantity.

All products are shipped from Japan by airmail (EMS etc.). No shipments are made on our company's holidays. Shipping dates can not be specified. Shipment arrival can be delayed due to weather, road, or regional conditions. Separately ordered items cannot be shipped together. All orders are shipped individually.


- Shipping fee

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package. To calculate the shipping cost, add the item to your cart, enter the country and zip code.


- Problem during shipping

If you do not receive your order, check your invoice number at your local post office or online site.

EMS etc Shipping: It is the customer's responsibility to track the order online (the tracking number is included in the order confirmation). In some cases, the carrier may not be able to deliver the package (for example, due to the size of the mailbox). In that case, the customer must contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for returned packages that could not be delivered.


- Long-term absence

If a customer is absent and delivery is not taken by the end of the temporary storage period, the shipment will automatically be returned and the order cancelled. Re-shipment after return and cancellation is not possible. Please note that in such a case, depending on the circumstances, we may require the customer to pay the round-trip delivery charges.


Duties, taxes or other fees

Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and we will not refund the abandoned order, including any applicable shipping charges.
